Peanut

It is hard to believe that on January 21 my little peanut will be half a year old. It seems like just yesterday that we were bringing her home. She has come a long way. It still amazes me every time I see her sit up or enjoying a tasty snack. Lately her favorite food has been cantaloupe and bread sticks. As much as it amazes me to see her growing up a part of me wishes that she would stay this little forever. The world is still so new to her. I just love watching her experience things for the first time, she makes me see the world in a whole new way.

On My Way to Two Under Two

My journey began July 21, 2010 when I gave birth to a beautiful little "Peanut". She has brought me so much joy and laughter in the past 5 months. My journey continued the day before Thanksgiving when I discovered that I was expecting another little bundle of joy, due exactly one week before Peanut's 1st birthday! So now I am on my way to having two little ones under the age of two and possibly Irish Twins if "Sweet Pea" decides to make an early appearance.

This blog is to help me document my second pregnancy and to keep my family and friends posted on what is going on in our lives. It will have a mix of Sweet Pea pregnancy updates and belly photos, Peanut's first and day to day adventures, and just general thoughts about the exciting journey of having babies close together.
